Please head in during our staffed hours to collect your access fob and complete the safety induction to commence your membership. You can also email your location to book a time that suits. Select location from the list of locations for specific hours and email to lock in a time that suits you.
Will I get a program when I start?
Yes, we’ll book these when you collect your access fob! All QuickFit Health Clubs offer 1 x Complimentary Personal Training session when you join and an optional 2nd session. The first session is to get a personalised program to get you started towards your goals.
When will my billing commence?
You would have selected a ‘start date’ in the questionnaire, which is when your billing will commence. If for whatever reason you don’t collect your access fob in time, we can credit you the days you’ve paid vs the time you haven’t had a fob :)
Ezidebit automatically put members into a billing cycle of fortnightly debits. The term ‘upfront fee’ that is described in the online sign up means the days between now and the billing cycle. If you want to change the date of your billing cycle to line up with your pay day, you can do so when you collect your access fob.
